Before you buy
- Licences are one-time purchases for the selected duration; they do not automatically renew.
- Delivery follows payment confirmation. If your key is not delivered, contact support so we can investigate.
- Refunds are discretionary and limited to technical inability to deliver; temporary detection and game-update downtime do not qualify.
- Every licence is tied to one machine on first use. Game bans and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or making a purchase on OCE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Digital Products
All products sold are digital software licences. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in cases of technical inability to deliver the purchased product.
3. Licence Keys
- Each licence key is bound to a single machine (HWID) upon first use
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing your licence key is prohibited unless you are an authorised reseller
- We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate these terms
- HWID resets are limited and may be denied at staff discretion
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute our software
- Using our products in competitive or tournament environments where prohibited
- Abusing the support system or harassing staff
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
- Initiating chargebacks without first contacting support
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. Game updates may temporarily render products non-functional. Detection status is displayed on our status page and Discord. No refunds are issued for temporary detection events.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may delete your account at any time via support.
8. Limitation of Liability
OCE is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to game bans, data loss, or hardware issues.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
