Question 1

How do I download and inject the loader?

Accepted Answer

After purchasing or redeeming a key, sign into your customer Dashboard and navigate to 'Licences & Downloads'. Click 'Download Loader', run the executable as Administrator, and enter your licence key when prompted.

Question 2

What anti-cheat systems are supported?

Accepted Answer

Our Roblox external operates at ring3 level avoiding Hyperion / Byfron detection.

Question 3

How do I reset my HWID if I switch PCs?

Accepted Answer

Each licence is locked to one machine. You can reset your HWID yourself from your Dashboard — the reset button sits on the licence, and you get two free resets a month. If you need another one, open a Support Ticket and staff will handle it.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Available payment methods vary by region and are displayed by our payment provider after you review your cart. We cannot promise a specific card or wallet option until you see it there. If you need a particular method, ask support before ordering.

Question 5

Are subscriptions automatically recurring?

Accepted Answer

No. Each licence is a one-time purchase for the duration shown on the product page. It expires at the end of that period; you must buy another plan if you want to continue.
